In 2018, the Farm Bill legalized the commercial production and selling of hemp and hemp derivatives. This holds true in New York today, with some contingent terms. The hemp plant used to source your products must contain less than 0.3% THC, anymore and you run the risk of your products being deemed THC products which is a whole other ball game with completely different rules.
Licensing Requirements
