Intro to THC
Since 2018 the cultivation and processing of hemp has been federally legal and hemp based CBD and THC products are allowed to contain up to 0.3% THC.
THC from hemp is the same, naturally occurring, molecule as THC from cannabis there’s just a lot more of it in cannabis. Our hemp plants look identical to cannabis plants, with abundant flowers covered in scented, sticky trichomes.
THC from hemp or cannabis has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-nausea and muscle relaxant effects as well as being intoxicating.

New York State legalized cannabis in 2021. Our cannabis plants contain up to 30% THC and the products we make from them are available in licensed dispensaries within New York state.
