my granddaughter bought some of this balm for my carpel tunnel pain that I have been experiencing, I was hesitant to use it for a long time but then decided to try it. It helped reduce the discomfort and so I would use it from time to time but not really sure if it was the balm or just coincidence that the pain would subside in my hand. Recently, I injured my shoulder and was in a great deal of pain and discomfort to the point that I couldn't sleep, I was miserable, so I decided to use a more than I normally do for my hand, and I was so amazed at how quickly the pain subsided; I was able to sleep for several hours before reapply the balm. I love this balm and I will always keep a jar in my medicine chest. I can honestly say this balm is more effective than any other balm or topical pain reduction remedy that I have used. It is wonderful, thank you.
