    My favorite Duo

    These are my favorite “bundles”. The night time one helps me fall asleep and stay asleep but also allows my body the ability to wake up to anything my kids are complaining about during the night. The day time Shirley temple dots are my go to’s to relax, enjoy the day without being overly anxious. Both also help aid in my quest to be very anti-inflammatory 😊
